Want to get one for my S2000 - control it electrically from inside, when they stop you, flip the switch and it appears.... ask the cop, what do you mean I don't have a front number plate? :p

I have mine under the carpet on the passenger side...
Problem if I get caught is I have non SABS plates at the back...:o

I know its illegal and all of that, but the car looks so much hotter
without the ugly plates :D

I drive past many many cops but for some reason they dont stop me. Maybe cos the car 'looks' new and by the time they see the rear plate, they too late :D . I got caught twice though. First time, i gave the excuse my front was in for repairs and got the plate in the boot/trunk, got away. Seconf time got fined R500, got the fine reduced to R100. Everyones happy ....

Another quickie.. Have you guys heard of Hooters CarWash - my car needs a serious valet and just wanted to know if they are recommended at all and where they are situated..

The situated somewhere around the corner of Rabie and Republic rd in Randburg. Only heard good things about them too. Some of my buddies go there every week to wash their cars.
 
Prob gonna go past there tomorrow, my leather is light grey so it gets filthy very quickly..

So back to my previous question, any installed a Forge Induction Kit?
 
I seen THE Evolution motorsports product, looks good but not really CAI, More cosmetic I RECKON. What worries me about the Forge product is how often do you need to replace the cone filter cos its so low down im sure water will damage it. If only there was a Forge/EVOMS dealer in S.A that had card facilities

Dude, you are not even going to see that sort of increase ATF with ANY CAI. Some one is pulling the wool over your eyes.

I have the Forge CAI installed on my car. The most you going to see is a 10wkw gain. It does sound super cool though.

the EVOMS CAI is actually an awesome piece of kit. Most of the okes in the US with CAI's are running Evoms.
It is actually more of a SRI instead of a CAI.

FRC is the Forge dealer and the guys @ ATC Dyno are the EVOMS dealers.
