You lot have been screaming for a right proper representative here on this forum, as have I since I left a long time ago. Well, I've been hassling tirelessly for one to the point that the powers that be have not only decided that this is a forum to be taken seriously, but have allocated me resources to ensure that our clients will be helped here, you mean a lot to us and we do want to assist you wherever we can.

Its a process, I'm working with our business analysts to determine a need for assistance here, so I'm going to need you all to speak to us about what's going on, if you need our help I need you to voice it in a big way so as to determine what kind of workforce I need here.

People port and migrate to the various service providers on a daily basis because they feel that their current provider doesn't care or assist, that time is over, it's time to take back what customer service is supposed to be about, join me.
 
If you are serious and not trolling create a proper account with an MTN name and get RPM to give you a tag of "MTN Rep".
 
Lack of 3G in Centurion is something that would make me port to Vodacom if it wasn't for me then losing my Afrihost data.

@vicv, I deal with coverage in Centurion. Admittedly its a problem area, especially places like Rooihuiskraal, Eldoraigne or Weirda park.

Well a company rep wouldn't have hogwarts as his location. voldemort as a username or a profile pic of a snake and a tag of death eater.

Just by those things I'd say you're 12 or 14.

Im a Potter fan, last time I checked this was not a crime, neither am I registering as a rep here (again).

If all goes well this forum will have some assets allocated by month end to attend to complaints, its only taken me a couple of years of kicking to finally make this a reality.

PS- you have an avatar of the flash, log out your own eye before you remove the splinter from mine.
 
And big kudos for getting stuff up. I assume though that there will be an official rep and you'll run like JvZ in your personal capacity

O and being a Potter fan is only a crime if you refuse to admit that Hagrid is the most important character

Thank you for that- 2 reps, possibly 3 depending on business requirements. Biggest problem we have had in the past is that assisting on this site never factored into the KPI for anybody. When I was promoted I didn't log in for over a year, simply had no time. People have come and gone as "reps" here, but nothing solid sadly. I'm meeting one last time tomorrow with the big wigs to finalize this matter.
 
Good Work Voldemort/ MTN

its definitely a step in the right direction. Having a REP just a click away on mybroadband will do much more good for the company as a whole.. As long as such rep has the dedicated time to respond and have people that will attend speedily.. :)
