Google+ adds games

Google+ added games, including the hugely popular Angry Birds, to the fast-growing social network vying with Facebook to be the hub for people’s online lives.

Joined this morning and will later see what the fuss is all about.

I suspect the games will not be available here in SA because of our countries draconian approach to publication of anything.

And so it begins, the commercialisation of Plus... it's only a matter of time now until people are moaning about adverts on Plus the same way they moan about them on Facebook.

Playing online games vs downloading is viewed in a diffrent light so wont have the same problems, see Facebook or http://www.kongregate.com/ and other online games.

As long as they keep game crap out of my main stream. The moment I get MR x scored Z on game B in my main stream, I will close my profile.

And this right here is what they were lacking. Might actually get more people to use it if it has a killer game or 5

If it is anything like Facebook games then I'm going to stab someone over the internet.

I just about have enough annoyance with random people sending requests for some stupid game, app, whatever. If I want to play a game, I'll find it myself, no need to "suggest" or stuff it in my face.

What would be nice is a feature that disable all such requests by default, if Google can implement such a scheme then WIN!

Games, Oh NO!

Edit: My profile has the games already..

Well that was fun while it lasted....
One of the most annoying things about facebook, and Google+ copies it.

Have games, will travel.

I think Google have done this better than FB tho, you can chose to publish your "accomplishments" to everyone or to just the ppl in specific circles.
