Chrome although it uses a fair amount of memory is actually very stable on slow computers prone to crashing. Also great on fast computers although not being signed in constantly does not mean you are losing out like googles tagline says :)
 
That would be the "Browser revolution" and not the internet revolution...

But it wasn't Firefox that did that... it was more Mozilla(as Netcape) in my opinion.

Probably "browser revolution" yes, but that inevitably lead to an internet revolution, where the web 2.0 movement started, and these days you can do just about anything through a web based app that you can do in any native OS app...none of this was possible in the days of IE6 *shudder*

Netscape died off - they lost the browser wars to MS, but you're correct, Mozilla took over the project and soon released Firefox...
