I bought my nexus 4 in April, but have an international credit card. But I had to use my secondary Google account. It didn't allow my default
When did they start tightening up?
 
From what I have read, things started getting tighter around the price drop of the Nexus 4. Lots of guys struggling to buy.

Just ordered 5 Chromecast's to test if everything works. So if it does, will have some to flog.

Currently have the samsung s3, would upgrade to this as long as the camera is equal to or better then my s3.
 
Ok well my 5 Chromecasts were cancelled about an hour after I ordered. So VPN and freight forwarder no longer work. Will need to figure out how to get my bank to change my billing and shipping address to match that of the freight forwarders.
 
Yeah I can also ask I mate, I just dont like asking for favours. Also need to experiment to see if they can put the freight forwarders address directly, or if you would need to ship it home, and then drop off with the freight forwarder.
 
Why don't they have this phone locally available?
 
I would imagine because of license reasons. Anyways, even if it were for sale here, would cost alot more then the American price.
Anyways doesn't matter how cool it is if we can't buy it. Still need to find a solution.
 
Seems fake. The Next version of Android is KitKat, not Key Lime Pie. Still getting a Nexus 5, and new Nexus 7. Once you go nexus, you will never go back.

Yeah, nobody is quite sure whether or not it is real. Some claim it is just an older version of the software. The hardware looks fine though.
 
All these leaks are killing me, I just sold my old s3 to help cover the costs of this phone, now I just need to figure out how to get it when it comes out :D
 
Order it from the US play store and use postbox courier to deliver it.

Really?? Had no idea, having bought from there before thought I would use the same process to get the nexus 5.
When did they implement this?
