Another quick note from my side, I disagree completely with those of you who are saying let the government lead by example. Let them cap their salaries first and then the private sector can follow. F#@K that! I will NOT have my salary capped. I work hard. I study hard. I do a good job. I expect to have my salary reviewed annually in a fair manner and increased (if deserved) accordingly.
