Afrihost can get it right on occasions.
My ADSL and phoneline died during the week. After a couple of attempts, Telkom eventually got it right and things started working again on Thursday evening but my internet upload speed was so slow that it was almost unusable (download was a bit slower than normal but still acceptable). Telkom had done their bit so now the problem was with Afrihost.
I opened a support ticket this morning not expecting a reply until Monday morning at best. Less than an hour later everything is working as it should. Thanks Christopher P.
