Checkers has a very nice Instant Coffee called Antigua. Very close in quality to Douwe Egberts, but only R59.

Our Office got some of that today. (normally get Jacobs Kronung). It is a milder coffee but very drinkable.

checkers had that packet pasta for cheap ..2 for R20

normally R17 each

they have good 2 for 1 specials

the tuna was 2 for R20 as well ..cant remember the brand

Aaah Uitkyk, remember my dad buying a whole box of sausage rolls because they had just come out the oven.Needless to say we munched on those for the rest of the day.
