Group Video Calling - HELP

A group of 9 of us from around the country have been using Skype Group Video Calling weekly but the video and call quality is extremely poor and we get loads of echo on the line or delays in voice and video. All of us are on 2 to 4 meg ADSL lines and we’re currently looking for an alternative solution or advice on how to get this to work properly.

Any suggestions? – Would unshaped accounts make a difference?

Check the Skype bandwidth requirements here:

I would recommend a minimum 4Mbps line for each user. Are you all on the same ISP. With the non-existent peering link between Telkom and MWeb you are bound to have problems calling each other.
