I agree. In the past I complaint with Groupon until they refunded me.
Bought from them twice and both times, I was unhappy. Wouldn't buy from them again.

It's easier to lodge a dispute with your credit card company than trying to get a refund from groupcon, they don't respond to email, and don't answer their phones.

Won't help, ASA will state its a civil matter, and if they even do rule in your favour, the deal will be long over.
(I tried before with their continued false advertising of delivery times, where 4 weeks becomes 12 weeks or longer.)

Honour what price? The problem isn't the price - its the fact that they advertised a FULL install (which isn't currently available) - and are selling an UPGRADE.

I was just about to remove all trace of Groupon from my life, when I got an email from them for a two-for-the-price-of-one at an expensive pizza place in PE. Decent. Bought 7 coupons. Think I'll keep them around a bit longer.
Tbh I'd rather eat a home-made cheese sandwich than give them my money again, no matter how fancy the pizza.

Glad to say, Groupon refunded me on my CC within 4 days without any issues. So at least that went well.

I don't need GroupOn, got a nice link from MyBB & bought Windows 8 Pro (Upgrade) for R130.

Just had my hail-damaged car properly fixed in less than 30 minutes for R250 the day after it happened, thanks to a Groupon voucher I bought a while back. No complaints from me.

Well guess what? Went with my family for cheap pizza courtesy of Groupon, and discovered that the savings weren't anywhere close to 50%. At least I learned to stay away from Groupon while saving some money.
