Hi,with like to know what can you guys recommended for most probably shaping up and trying to get my body in shape?

Please Take Note Any Reviews On What Anabolic does?
 
Surely you should diet and exercise 1st to loose weight before going anabolic for muscle?

Or are you not overweight?
 
Diet + strength training = cut + build some mass so you don't look like a stick after your cut cycle.

Don't only focus on cardio work.

I'm not really over weight, trying to bulk up now and tone it only love handles are my issues.

I weight lift, my diet is their not 100% but I'm good I feel I'm fine bar my cheat days
 
If you're love handles are an issue, then you need less calories. Not more.

My calories are good, I'm cutting down limited to 1400 a day or less, issue is I don't see change I tried jogging gyming walking excersing etc

I still gym etc
 
Count calories even on your cheat days. No use in "dieting" when your BMR is 2000, you have a deficit of 600 for 6 days a week (3600 total deficit a week) but then eat 5000 calories on your cheat day.

What's your BMR ? How long have you been at your deficit? How often do you gym? How often do you cheat?

jogging doesn't cut for me, try HIIT or do some barbell complexes

Cheat is generally once a week, I gym 5 times a week certain days is jog been my whole life now I just want change
