Gyming And Supplements

@Bilaal687_ Not looking to start a war but I think you need to do some research. Seems like you're looking for a shortcut. There is a "science" to loosing fat / gaining muscle and the answer isn't always in pharma.

I'm actually 78kg lol that's high
Spoiler: you aren't actually eating 1400 calories per day.

If you were really eating 1400 calories at 78kg you'd be 2% bodyfat. Tell us what a normal day of eating looks like for you.

Supper anything. A bit vague there mate.

Pork chops for supper every night is very unhealthy

You really need to consider what you eat high fat food such as bacon and pork is not conducive to a fat free body
I'm Muslim ffs, man anything in general is most probably chicken strips and rice maybe a egg

Get the app FatSecret, and log everything that goes into your mouth

You'll be surprised at how much you actually eat.

Fitbit does that but let my try yours.

FitBit doesn't have local food databases, which means the calorie counts you would be using are estimates. Also remember to log all solid and liquids you consume.

those USN protein shakes contain pig enzymes, might as well save some money and go straight to the source have some pork rashers for breakfast

Stop spreading rubbish, many USN protein products are halaal certified.
