Jumping in here. They now also won't let you collect from their New Collenade premises either. You have to wait until they schedule a driver, even if it means next day. Idiots!

Make a fuss, you might get a Makro voucher.

They had a stupid deal of a PS4 game for R5. I got emailed late in the afternoon on 28 July that it was an error and they offered either R100 off of the normal price of the game or a R100 voucher. The deadline was that same day. I took the voucher.

I told them what i thought of them and then said go ahead with the refund...

That's the wrong question. The correct one is: who would risk spending 5k on hoping it doesn't?

The answer is: not me, since there are more than enough reputable alternatives. But nobody's trying to prevent you from living on the edge.
