Yeah its wider, but I still feel its too small. Subjective feeling I guess. I was never one for ultrawide anyway. Will stick with my 32 inch 16:9 1440p.

What do you want to use it for?
If gaming, what GPU do you have?
To be honest, 1080p is a bit low for a 27", so for a 32" it will be terrible unless you sit 2m or more away from it.

Does the monitor suit your current and future needs..? If yes and there are no other monitors that suit your current and future needs for cheaper and with the same quality, then yes, it is worth it..

I'm using a 27' Samsung curved right now. Usually about 70-80cm away from the screen and it looks fine.
Got a RX580. I don't play FPS often except for some casual overwatch and mostly watching video, web browsing and RPG games.
I heard that HDR is amazing so I thought waiting for that to come down in price is better?

Good HDR is amazing. From what I've read, most PC monitors still suck with HDR, and the ones that don't are hellishly expensive.
Even for TVs, HDR is just a checkbox instead of actually being a real, good, feature on your R15k cheapies.
As for the 580, unless you are planning to upgrade to a 3070 in the near-ish future, I would rather stick to 1080p than upgrade to 4K.
I say keep what you have and wait/save for decent HDR, 4k (or 1440p) 32" and a 3070/6800.
It might also just be because I'm getting old and my eyes are giving in, but my 31.5" is a bit too overwhelming when playing games (specifically FPS) at closer than 1m.
My next monitor will be a 27".

That seems REALLY expensive. I wouldn't even buy the One X for that price right now.
