Ordered the AVR and Soundbar - using 2 different accounts for both

So far only got the email for the AVR

The 699 was a good special, so if anything should happen we should be taking them on. The Soundbar and 399 speaker is too good to be true - they can cancel those ones,

How can they also claim one is obvious error and other one isn't - when its the same product.
 
Received the generic apology email from Makro as well.
Orders still show they're in progress...

I really have to disagree.
Soundbar search, category audio, sorted price lowest first:

There is nothing there that says a BT speaker for R300 or a sound bar for R500 isn't a possibility.

I actually agree with you. If it was a ps4 game at R5 then yes, obvious error.
 
They need to state what an "obvious error" is, because thats very vague. R5 for a R5000 item is an obvious error to me. R699 for a bluetooth speaker is not obvious.

Same here. I ordered the JBL E55BT. In the same email they stated I will receive a R100 voucher in addition to my full refund, delivered by sms

You're making assumptions that it's got a special price. It says "exclusive", not "special price"

Marshall is definitely not the Ferrari of Bluetooth speakers...

Still, this was clearly not "obvious", and corporations like to throw around that term loosely so it covers them for everything.

Google ads disagree with you where it clearly shows "price drop" on top of the product. Which Makro takes ownership of.
