Does anyone know of any International sites where you can import external hard drives from, cheaper than the local stores?

Aliexpress, but you'll wait 3 months for a 32gb flash drive in a HD casing. Otherwise Amazon is cheaper.

Three months is very optimistic, if the order is being through SAPO then it might be even longer.
A guy on ecigssa forum had ordered some vape stuff from china, 6 months have gone and is still waiting for it

Well some good news then. One less nicotine addict.

It also does not say if this is the 4GB or 6GB version.

But seriously good value for money. This is a flag ship phone, and a damn good one at that.

I ordered mine form Telkom a few days back. Still waiting for that call. Now I don't know if I should rather go for deal.
This was taken in a Telkom store today.
It's a display device, so the actual retail one may be different.

I applied for the MTN one as well as Telkom is not calling me back.

This phone still retails for +- 13k. At R290pm it works out 7k. The Telkom one works out at 8k. Thats a serious bargain. The phone specs are almost identical to the P20 Pro.

Edit. I'm taking this for the phone only. I already have an contract, but my Iphone 6s speaker no longer works. I can probably get it fixed, but knowing apple its going to cost equivalent to a new phone

Would recommend go in store, online is useless say they dont have stock think the telkom branch in stellenbosch has one more unit left can confirm 6GB ram ,
R249 (for phone) + R100 for cheapest contract = R349

Extra R1k for dual sim worth it in my books. Also will give you better resale when selling a dual sim versus a single sim

Since I won't be getting the JBL Everest 310's for R499 anymore (thanks makro...), does anyone know of another deal on a decent-ish set of Bluetooth headphones?

NB: Online is useless for this deal, go INSTORE
So I had a rather bizarre experience with Telkom.

I spotted this deal and with my contract ending next month, decided to go for it. Filled out the online application yesterday, given that I live in a town without a Telkom store. Then read the experiences here and realised I might be out of luck. Sure enough, get a call from Telkom telling me that they are out of stock, but would I like the P20 lite. I told them no thanks and thought that was that. But then I get a call back 20min later saying low and behold, they have found some stock. So it would now appear that I have successfully obtained this phone.

So sneaky on Telkom's part. Pretty sure they are just trying to sucker unsuspecting people into getting the P20 lite. Anyway, thought I would share.
