But that SSD looks to be around 1/10th of the normal retail price.
What interface factor is it, says NVE but looks like Sata and not M2?

That drive says "Dispatched in 2 to 5 working days".... you know for sure that you are not getting it at that price!

Interface: PCIe Gen 3.1 1x4 (Compliant to NVMe 1.3c)

If you look at the image on the WD site, it doesn't look like sata at all. Zoomed out maybe but the image on this site is clearer, it looks different.

If they honour this sweet baby Jesus! But it's Raru so they're probably raising funds. :p

R1500

It looks good, but unfortunately U.2 is a server form factor (and also a band)
if you're using a normal desktop you're probably SOL - but you could always use a card like this if you have open m.2 slots

Alternatively, you could drop several hundred dollars for a tri-mode HBA.
But all in all, it's a really good price for that drive.
Even if I were to buy these straight from OEM, they're ~5x the cost than the drive on RARU.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I wonder if they are second-hand drives, or "real fake" drives.

No mistake, interest free loan

Just says not available so sold out?

Anybody else ordered?

Will def be interesting.
Yeah also ordered, did not expect to get it but wanted to hear their excuses. Going to hammer them each day for the fun to hear their poor excuses. If they refund me in the next month or so - well I checked out using payflex which allows me to pay over 6 weeks lol. I will post updates here on communication from them, do same if you can and keep us up to date. ;)

Damn. Sense of entitlement.
Entitlement? Its just decent customer service. I mean some non technical person that wanted to buy a "big ssd" could have bought without knowing it being unrealistic. They would expect their money back without having to beg for it...

It also had a green label saying "new" so the same person could possibly think it being a "launch" special for that matter

A refund would be standard of course. Going as far as wanting a voucher and an essay of apology.

My comment didnt ask for that BUT its good customer service. Makes me come back as a customer.

Voucher is not required however companies with a reputation like Raru across sites like Hellopeter and in general across the internet would be wise to offer it. Essays are also optional, but a sincere apology would do. ;)

I'm saying they'll concede their mistake and refund you. That's all that's needed. They're a business not a charity. Expecting something for 1/10 of the price

That's not exactly what you said. You implied that any non technical person would know it is 1/10 of the price and then have to wait for a refund when they then start doing their homework and discover raru use people as a bank.

Totally different going open eyes into the deal like us.

They a business not a charity and @Saba'a is not a bank to give raru a loan. If it is a mistake they should refund him as soon as possible. Raru take very long to refund.
