We regret to inform you that due to a system error the marked price for Western Digital Ultrastar DC SN640 1.92TB nVME SSD unfortunately was incorrect,
and also the product is out of stock with no ETA currently.

As a result we are cancelling all orders for this item.

If you have already paid for the item we will place a Credit on your Raru profile which you can use with a future order.

Alternatively we can also refund you your payment
 
If you think paying with Payflex is going to hurt them, sorry to disappoint you but Raru still gets the full order amount to use as a "loan" as Payflex pays out the merchant daily. You're the only one being inconvenienced.

For me its more about I don't have to shell out the full amount while having to wait for the refund.
I must give them credit, I sent them 5 emails yesterday giving them a hard time about not getting the drive (even though I did not expect getting it) and they replied to all my "concerns" lol.

Unfortunately in this case there was an error in the pricing in an update we received from our supplier which switched the price on our system which is incorrect.
In these cases our supplier does not honour these unfortunately so we will have to cancel this order. Your Raru account will be credited for the value though if you would like us to refund you please let us know.

After asking for a refund:
Your refund request has been submitted to the Refunds Department and has been added to a refunds queue.
Kindly note that the refund is not an immediate process and that the credit has been allocated to the profile and serves as a placeholder pending the refunds process.

After complaining that it was their mistake and I should be moved to front of the queue: :unsure::laugh:
Kindly note we also acknowledge the value of your request and it's priority to us, however we have a process to follow.

Edit: I see they have now removed the TBC and allocated a price of R10349 lol

Now you know, for a fact, Raru are bullshitters.


Always saw the complaints but think ... maybe just the complaints that get highlighted.

Clearly their "mistakes" a choice. Should I use my credit with them but that would be rewarding them for bad practices?

HW-T400/XA SAMSUNG WIRELESS 2CH SOUNDBAR - R999 from avo

Think they put the wrong picture on the item. The HW-T400 comes with a built-in sub, not sold with a separate sub. Going rate for the soundbar is around R2k so still about 50% off though

The HW-T450 picture looks like that and comes with a seperate sub and costs about double what the HW-T400 costs.

Does this soundbar have HDMI? I have been burnt before by an LG one that I had - fantastic sound but it only had SPDIF and Bluetooth which was tricky to control via the TV.

Yeah it's pain if don't have hdmi. Luckily the apple TV remote can change sound on the sound bar , even know connected via spdif, did not actually know that till recently after setting it up.
