Got the 58 Inch (AU7000), dont know if it is just me but some black horizontal lines across my screen. Not sure if it is from carry it when i first got it (dont recall) or load shedding but in my view, if you see anything weird in the warranty take it in.Decent deal? I'm looking for a budget 55"

After they phoned me, I told them that I will wait for stock.Received an email from them now stating that stock will only arrive at the end of October and that they will be refunding me.
Product is now out of stock on the website, but at double the price.
Thank you for providing this follow upI will likely not order from them and would advise that folks do not order from Chavda International. They are unprofessional and unable to resolve their own problems.
So they remain in constant phone communication with you regarding what is happening with stock, and then unfortunately because the drive is end of life, they are now unprofessional..?After they phoned me, I told them that I will wait for stock.
They phoned again on Saturday and said the drive is now end of life. I've sent them my bank details and await my refund.

What drive is it?They phoned again on Saturday and said the drive is now end of life.
Also received an email to that effect: "News from our suppliers is that the item you have ordered has been put on an EOL (end of life) list due to overheating issues and been discontinued. "After they phoned me, I told them that I will wait for stock.

Keeping you on a line, because they don't know what the supply situation, is also very professional?
They could have remained completely silent on the matter and not followed up at all..Keeping you on a line, because they don't know what the supply situation, is also very professional?
rectron? You know most of these sites use supplier databases? So if the supplier's database is incorrect or out of date then it's not the retailers but the suppliers fault. Back in the early 2000s so often I would call a supplier for an item they said they had in stock, and then oh no, no stock and no idea when new stock was coming in. Was a huge pain to deal with.

You tell me which you prefer..
Possibly, they were told by the distributor stock is coming and the distributor then followed up and said sorry, no more stock drive is end of life..
If they are lying about the drive being end of life, that's another thing all together..
