Oh damn. Just returned something recently :(

Guess in future Ill rather pay that tiny bit more and use takealot. Have returned multiple items to them and its always a slick process.
 
Raru stocks some stuff you can't find anywhere else easily.
 
The key with Raru if you really have to use them is only place an order if it it shows in stock, ie they have the stock on hand. Anything other than in stock, like 3-7 days delivery then first confirm via email with them that the supplier actually has stock and the delay to ship.

Typically if an item needs to get pulled from the supplier that adds min 7days to the delivery time frame, which also sucks.

Bought the rx580 which seemed too cheap from a few pages back. They emailed me yesterday to say no and that they wanted to give me store credit. Lol

This after a 3 week wait for my order to be dispatched because the book I also ordered comes from the UK! I mean wtf?!

They were projecting 2 MONTHS before I would receive my order! Even if they did honour the price and give me the GPU as advertised, it would be obsolete by the time I received everything.

First and last time I will use Raru.
