Thanks ... my bday was last sunday already ... hence the birthday special I had last week on the graphics cards ;)

...is it even worth it to get 2x 9600gt's instead of the 9800gtx ?

-congratz on your year ring :)

I got a USB/eSATA Coolermaster enclosure from Computersonly.

They are advertising 360 GB with enclosure for R999.

Don't see a price for enclosure only.

What's your experience with the drive at the moment? It has an IDE drive which is slower than SATA, also in the description no where mentioned anything about eSATA...... I would like a SATA with eSATA.

Computersonly generally has some good price, got my Keyboard/mouse combo and Soundcard from them.

PC Internationals price:3.5 500GB 7200RPM 3.5 7200RPM 8MB Cache Hard Drive (Seagate/Maxtor) R 1,199
But if I get the enclosure from digitaladdiction + 500G Seagate 32MB Cache from PCINTERNATIONAL, the price will be similar but probably looks better, has eSATA and bigger hard drive Cache.

They had both versions IDE and SATA, I took the USB/eSATA with SATA drive and I am happy with it. It's 6 month old now.

A speed comparison for USB versus eSATA which I got is shown here: http://tinyurl.com/58cb79

:p Thanks, appreciated.

So my friend bigicy got his Altec Lansing PT6021 from Esquire today, nomal retail price R2500 from Nivo, Esquire birthday 'Special' R1700.

But what's so special? It's not a new speaker set. After we opened the seal and checked the inside, we discovered the plastic bags had been re-wrapped/re-sealed. Slight usage marks on the speaker cover.

Well done Esauire!!!
