Probably can. Says promo valid until the 17th of Feb. No where does it say 'or while stock lasts'.

I got a 3TB HP external drive from DionsWired a couple of weeks ago for R900.

I called them and pushed for it. Said they will call me back. They were asking for the date on the website as well. Just said it doesnt have a date but says the promo will end on the 17th

Print ad, bring it to Game store and ask them to beat the price. They can beat competitors, surely they will beat their own.

I did this on the weekend not knowing it was a pricing mistake.. I was just too lazy to travel to game so i took that ad to hifi corp and they matched the price. They didn't phone game nor did they argue at all. They were very happy to write out a slip, match the price, and make a sale..

Went to GAME at game city and first checked if they had stock - they didn't.

I went to get the call back slip and presented the ad. The guy entered in the details and it came back as a promo valid till the 17th with the price being R899. At this point I was getting slightly excited. He then proceeded to print it and it was not printing the details. He tried again and still the same thing.

He then deduced that it might not be valid anymore and basically that was it - could not honour it.
