Cant buy electronics from amazon to ship to SA

Can that be right? Amazon has shipped hundreds if not thousands of Kindles to SA and these are electronics -- or are they an exception?

Regarding my earlier post on those 2TB drives from Mitabyte. Spoke to a lovely young lady, they will reserve 3x for me. I suggest you guys do the same. The price quoted is correct and the drive is R799.00incl vat CASH, otherwise add +50 non-cash
See the pic below thats now updated on their site. Also note STOCk is arriving this afternoon. But please phone them to confirm this :/

Be fair, Take2 work in the shipping, insurance and import duties AND still have to make a profit.
And afaik, they're the cheapest in SA for Amazon stuff. Just look at wantitall.co.za if you wanna see a ripoff. (and compare their prices for the same products)
