I'm just really disappointed with their service, since they haven't done what I asked them to do...
I asked them to replace that Killzone + Controller item with 3 music CD's, and instead they just send me an automated E-mail stating that the item was canceled, and that I will be refunded as follow since I purchased it via credit card: "The value of the cancelled items (as indicated above) will be refunded to your credit card within 3 - 5 days."
With all the IT shops that I've worked with so far, they at least had the decency of adjusting the order like I asked them to do.
Now I actually have to either topup my credit card account or wait for a few days before I can buy other items instead.
Doesn't the CPA have something about this kind of thing? I know the CPA has a clause for items that you already received that broke, where you may either have it repaired, refunded or replaced.
