Upon further reflection and reading a few reviews, it seems these lack mid and upper range sound. I'll hold out for something better, even if they end up costing a bit more...

Got the 3TB HP drive. Don't know why I assumed it would be hot swappable. The case is sealed. I bought the product more for the hardrive than the external drive component.

Any point in busting open the case?
