I have a sailing 4 and polymos 10, they're both excellent. Sailing is Samsung lithium ion, the polymos is romoss lithium polymer. Two rather different technologie, but also both excellent, I can't say I notice a difference in usage besides the polymos appearing more compact and a bit lighter.

I've got two of them...love the little things. Was a bit worried what the battery life would be like because they're so light but they last really long (much, much longer than my Roku 3 or Logitech Harmony 650 remotes, for example which eat batteries like nothing).

A 980 and 1060 is about the same performance though, right? I'd rather get the new generation then.
