I am not on discovery but I am 110% certain that the R100 for R20 deal was a Wednesday deal, so was only valid for that day, 11/12/2024.

Was that a deal or a price glitch?
It doesn't make sense to mark down such an expensive screen that much but perhaps they have a algorithm that auto marks down Amazon stock once it reaches a certain stock age.

They added more on the second day so I imagine its part of their strategy now to grow the userbase. Throwing in random bargains.

I don't think I'd go that far. The value is certainly less, but pricing is still good. With just the 15% the savings are just lower. They still seem cheaper than Takealot and on par or better than actual stores.
