Should we call the call centre even if we haven't received our login details yet?

I don't want to flood them with calls if I'm suppose to just wait a few more hours...

I payed on Monday EFT but registered when they first had the MyBroadband article on the uncapped.

Problems

1) Signups
We have addressed issues relating to payment and signup and these should now be resolved for ALL people. If not please call the call centre, with username, method of payment, date of payment. They will have a list
of all clients on the system and should be able to resolve any userid and password issues.


2) Seacom and Neotel
There was an outage on Seacom yesterday caused by 'faulty fibre connections' not due to us or our equipment. This caused huge issues yesterday.

There is schedule maintenance, as listed below, tonight at 10:00 pm to address this issue.

Furthermore the lnk between out NOC and Seacom is dropping packets significantly.

We apologise for the inconvenience that all clients have experienced due to these problems that are not under our control.

I did this and thought I'd mention that the call centre does not have the list you are reffering to, I just phoned them - I still have not received my username and pass.

Called the call center, gave them my details. I was told they would get back to me on my cellphone. Let's see.....
 
Only problem with DigiChilli, service for each user is not the same. Some of us including myself are getting 56k speeds and others are getting 4MB speeds. WTF honestly this is getting a bit ridiculous now.
 
OK, I just got my details. Will only be able to test drive the account tonight. For now I'll still hang onto my SAIX account...just in case :)

Just called the call centre now and there was no mention of the list.

The only thing that they took from me was my email and a promise to get back to me today (should i hold my breath?).

First things first. Did you register on the website? If so, great. They link the site registration info with your payment. If you paid by EFT, you must fax proof to them. I paid via EFT, but only submitted proof earlier today. Thought I'd mention that.

Which was on sunday night, they must be processing that via drumbeat cause i have had no feedback as to whats going on.

I just called the call centre, and the guy took down my email address and cell number. Said he would then forward to accounts, and that they would send the email by today - which upon further querying (about what time to expect it) was extended to tomorrow (time unknown).

He didn't seem to have the list as well
 
Registered via website. Paid via EFT yesterday (08/12/2009). Sent fax and email with proof of payment immeadiately (08:30). Still nothing. Called call Centre and still getting the they are busy processing the logon details and that we can expect details at any time. Did not even ask for username/email address. Not talk about any list....

Thats the problem peeps just hang for day then check up on the lines
 
any idea on which news server can be used with digichilli?if any?
 
The call centre people don't have any clue as to what Dave posted. They just keep telling me to wait for an email. And apparently there is no phone number for the mythical accounts department. Only an email address. Which no once replies to
