Hauwei S7 Ideos (No internet)

My brother got himself one of these Huawei S7 tabs on Cell-C.

The problem is he can't connect to the internet. Any idea what can be wrong? Please help.

I won one from Cell_C, but donated to somebody else, so I can't help.
Check settings for internet APN and dialing string should be *99#.

try reload setting, then try see if can connect to Cell c website.
dial *147#
Other wise best bet is to take in to store and get them to look at it.
