First order was just a test & got delivered within a week's time. 2 basketball nets (kids) cost 34 rands and I had other products as well. As far as I can see, you don't get only nets anywhere in SA. Total, including duties, was R280.

When I ordered resistance bands, cheapest in SA was TAL for R199 but I see they dropped their price to R90 now - buggers saw me buying it from temu and wanted to teach me a lesson. :cool:

In any case, not too shabby. Quick delivery and one can't really get range of temu products in local SA scene.

You will get a email with subject "Your Temu package cannot be delivered" soon with a https link to pay to buffalo couriers
 
I placed an order on 1March and it had not shipped yet. Temu contacted me and said there was no stock of one of the items. I told them to cancel that specific item and send the other 5 items. They credited my account with R20 for the inconvenience. Nice touch

i use bing and Swisscows ,no google involved .the apple community when asked said to immediately remove Temu and clear history ,cache etc .i have not seen one single Temu add again except on Mybb.search temu ads its amazing what they can do .

i think i trust microsoft more than google ,bing/edge i feel is a bit more secure .
 
So last night I got a notification, to spin a wheel for R1500 in vouchers. I spun it and won the R1500 in vouchers, but if I buy 4 items with in the next 9 mins it become R2000 in vouchers. So I was curious and bought 4 more items I clearly needed in my life.

Coupons are limited to 1 per purchase and expires tomorrow night

R50 off over R51 purchase
R300 off over R1000
R450 off over R1500
R150 off over R300
R400 off over R1300
R650 off over R2000
 
Is the package unmarked in terms of contents? Would like some privacy if item gets handed to someone other than me.
 
It seems like the tracking system is not always updated in real time. Received a message yesterday saying my parcel is awaiting a flight and this morning tracking shows that is has gone through SA customs. :unsure:

yeah it definitely isn't real time from what i have seen
 
Just a heads up Temu has this feature called price adjustment if the price of something you ordered drops within 30 days of ordering. Go to order details scroll down a bit and on your right will be a button called "Price adjustment" , I just tried it and got a R35 credit to my account.

Found myself taking the plunge and ordering from them. The price is pretty decent, I was going to pay R999 for the wallet at Takealot, they had it on "sale" for R349. I added a pouch for my daughter at R60.

Now waiting for the email for the Buffalo payment.
