Update on my issue:
So last week Monday I put in a new order for fibre and added a letter to the address as kindly suggested by @cavedog.
We called Frogfoot today to find out whether they have gotten the order and when we should expect them and was told that they have notified Afrihost a while back and put the order on pause due to there being a line already present at that address. *Neither Afrihost or Frogfoot bothered to let us know, so we spent the entire time thinking they would come within 2 weeks.*
In the end we had to tell them it's a 'different place', and will have to wait for someone to come here so I can explain the full story. But I fear they might not budge on installing another line here as they were very clear on the phone that they do not want to install another line at the same address.
At this point waiting is becoming quite an expensive option, and I'm desperate to get this done asap.
It is very possible. You can have more than one line to the same property if there is stands available at the splitter.
