Help Creating Small WiFi

its just small thing for 3/4 friends in same neighbourhood 100m is furthest guy, we not near pewug towers, no los.

could do in the long run, but now want to get this setup & then see how we can connect to nearest pewug tower

put a omni on your roof and put flat panel antenna's on your friends roof. Or put a 12dbi omni on your roof. Your friends should be able to pick up your ssid with laptop

Rather try a sector. Omnis give off a lot of radio-noise.

lol i also have omni, when i have more wuggers then i also want to get sectors

Can you plot their aproximate locations on google earth and post us an screen shot? Then we can help you decide what topology might work best.

Eg, if all your friends are close together you could put up an sector that covers all of them.
