Hi, in a bit of a pickle here
When playing games (League of legends and DOTA 2 is the most obvious) I'm getting random instances where my character doesn't move, anything I used/cast is used suddenly when it goes fine again.
Seems to be a lot of packet loss in the logs but none on a ping test running at the same time, so I'm guessing it is UDP.
Have been speaking to my ISP for the last 4 months regarding this, but nothing has changed.
They said it is a congested exchange causing the issues and Telkom said there is nothing wrong.
Seems to be happening randomly, but more around 3pm till 10-11pm
Is there a way for me to pinpoint the problem as the ISP says one thing and Telkom another?
ISP said it's the router, got a new one, no change.
ISP said it's the line filter, removed it, no change, got new one, no change.
Replaced all network cable with new CAT 6, still the same.
Tested right where the Telkom line comes into the house, same problems (I wish I did this before replacing the cable though)
I was starting to think it might be something wrong with IS but I'm guessing there would have been a lot more posts if it was.
