HELP-- loading Win 10 PRO --- something strange going on

ive changed the Bios to not boot from UEFI i have a win pro disk here with OEM key i insert disk run setup then to my suprise it puts back the home key.
Ive even gone so far as to delete the partitions that are OEM reserved etc but key is still being put in.
Im taking machine to notebook company cant waste time like this trying to get PRO on a machine
