Help me with my upgrade..

Cool. The screen is bigger than my K750 and the same size as the K810. I measured them in the store :p

The only better screen I could find was on the rather huge in comparison Nokia N73 which suffers from slow response time and poor battery life...

gsmarena.com says the K810 is 2" and that the 5310 is 31.5 x 41.5 mm. I see that would be a 2.2" screen or so?

That 6500c looks pretty decent too.

2" is 5cm hey? Do they measure that across the screen like with 22" PC monitors? Cos then I am not sure how to compare that to a length x breadth measurement...

Busing checking out reviews of the 6500c as well.

Pity about both the phones is that they don't come with a flash and that I don't think the pictures they take in the day will be very good...

Ja I'm confused about the size. I'm sure the 5310's screen cannot be bigger than the K810's?

gsmrena.com says that the 6500 has a flash, it has in the picture too :)

Ya, I am reading on gsm right now. Also thought the handset I was trying out today had a flash but the guy reckoned it didn't...

Seems the consensus on the 5310 is that it is definitely more a music phone than a camera phone ( a lot of people saying the pics are pretty bad). Which is such a shame because on the K750 I thought the music player and the camera were both equally good..

I'm pretty sure 2" regarding cell phone screens is not the same as bigger LCDs. I think 2" means the longest side of the screen is 2".

Yeah I wouldn't.

Still love my K750, when I got it I freaked out at the camera quality and speaker quality (Mega Bass FTW :D)

Ya, megabass really does make a difference and the external speaker quality is also better than any phone I have heard...

But I guess I won't be using the phone for that very much, so i should focus on other things...

Seems I am going to have to compromise on something at some point.
The bigger phones have good cameras and good flashes but not very much bigger screens, are bulky and have silly keys.

The small phones don't have great cameras, some don't have flashes and there are comments that the sound on the 5310 is too quiet. :|

I think you'll be OK once you're used to the keys on the K810. They're so easy to press! :D It has a superb camera and I'm sure the media player/speakers is just as good as the K750 :)

I was going out to basically get this phone today but when I saw it I was just so disappointed. It is actually bigger than my K750 although the screen is only slightly bigger.

I don't really mind the key thing. Of all the current SE's this one had the best keys. I am just bleak that it is so big and bulky whereas these two Nokias I am contemplating are more like the size of an Ipod Nano...

The K810 3.5mm slimmer than the K750. It's 6mm taller and 2mm wider. It's not that much :p

Did you check out the Nokia E65?

Hehe, ya well now I have no idea what to go for! I will have to check out all the phones again tomorrow! Leaning towards the K810 again because of the lack of features of the other phones...

Saw the E65. Do not love the slidey ones. Will have to look at that as an option tomorrow again though...:p

Why can't they just make one nice small slim phone that does everything?!

Cos then that would be too easy :p

I love my k810I.. it does what an SE phone does best pretty much... its easy to use, its fast.. the camera is good. And honestly, once its in your pocket, its small enough that you forget its there.

Been playing around with a friend's N73. The screen is amazing and it is fully-loaded with all the functionality I could ask for, but it is also quite bulky and very slow when opening files or even starting a new sms. The keys are also very close together, which I am sure would take some getting used to...

Nokias in your range will become slow as hell after you've added a couple of apps/games :(

But I was pretty impressed by the E65.

Ya, I am not a lover of Nokias. The screen is just so nice.

I am now even contemplating the HTC. It also has no flash though, so the big, bright screen would presumably not be used for looking at the great pictures you have taken with the phone :p

Otherwise, I like it :)

Have you considered a HTC? maybe a P4350? its available on weekender..

And it doesn't have a flash :(

Now I am looking at yet another option- the Nokia 6120C. It looks like a smaller, faster version of the N73. Seems to have all the same features, cept the camera is not as good, but at least it has a flash :)
