if you cannot get wm6 on it dont buy it man
its an awesome mp3 player movie player
as a phone is sucks ass in a massive way
maybe it was wm5 maybe not, but i know another oke who told me when i got the phone that it would start to go badly
its like a windows install, over a period of a few months it starts going all messed up
it was cool for watching movies and listen to music, but damn when you cannot phone calls and your rebooting 4 times a day it gets hard
it also gets worse when the phone randomly cuts you off a call
20 second in dead 2 minutes in dead etc
i feel sorry for the person who stole this and the person who will get it
if you can get wm6 on it and it can work well, then its one of the best phone on the market

Its faster than the K850 and the P990! No problems so far... filling it up with apps so Ill see how it goes.

This is the only disappointing thing for me. R400 is quite steep but considering I paid over a grand for the 1GB stick that is in my K750 right now about two years ago, I guess it is not that bad
Edit: Seems cellucity have a 2GB 3 in 1 SanDisk SD, Mini, Micro for R319 but a M2 2GB Sony Memory card for R569 - why the huge price difference?
I see now that the R319 one does not actually fit in the SE's.
It seems that ONLY the Sony M2 micro sticks do. The cheapest price I could find in Canal Walk for a 2GB one was this R569 at Cellucity.
The Kodak shop which had the best prices for my previous memory stick quoted me R850! IC had 512MB ones for R600! And I see that Prophecy don't seem to have anything bigger than 1GB...
Yip I have a K850 very slow, its in repairs atm, and also a K810 and now a P1i. I never said its faster than the K810, but its fast.

Internal Memory seems to be around 90MB and the card that they give you is 128MB. Ridiculous that these megapixel camera phones don't come standard with some kind of decent-sized memory card. An extra R500 is a real bummer really
I am still working on pics. Want to take some nice snaps of a sunset or when I next hit the beach or something. The camera really is good, though, don't worry about that

Hj2k_x: Dude, go to sonyericsson website and u will see that the k850 now supports both microsd and sony memory stick micro. It has a dual card reader. Don't waste ur money on sony cards. just get a sandisk microsd.

Update: Another small issue with the K810 is the fact that you cannot use the flash as a torch as in the K750. Also means you can't have the light on to make videos in the dark, not that they are of any great quality at the best of times...
But the lack of a torch function is a bit of a bummer.
Apparently you can download an app here which makes the red photo assist LED stay on but that is not really the same thing...

I started opening my K750 shutter and pressing "*" - quicker than starting the torch.

Ya, sorry, that is what I mean really. You can't do that with the K810. The flash is only activated when taking photos...

Don't understand why they would take AWAY a good feature like that. In its defence, the screen is so bright that that almost doubles as a torch if you are desperate. Not the same thing though.
