Great idea antowan, but we all know so long as Telkom retain their monopoly, it won't happen.
The reason is because they are crooks and don't actually give a damn about anything but their profits.
To those who say Telkom is "just a business", your really missing the point here.
They effect EVERY OTHER business in this country. They are stifling competition and a consequence of that is the stifling of SMME's - in essense, they are contributing to the countries problems rather than helping to alleviate them.
The more I hear about Telkoms practices, the angrier I get at them.
So here we have this poor little granny with hardly a cent in the world, who wants to phone her son for whatever reason and the only option she has is Telkom. Wey hey, so Telkom are going to UP local calls because they Lowered international calls. That poor little granny gets ripped off once again.
Anyway, this is off topic, but personally, I support ANY activism against this uncaring monopolistic bunch of low-life sub-human pratts.
