help with Telkom Router issue

Hi
I desperately need help with my Telkom Router issue. Telkom have closed my support call 6 times without resolving my issue.
basically from the router interface I can see the adsl line but i am unable to connect(see Error below). The telkom call centre tell me that there is no issue on the line and that they can see my router and that it has sync.
I'm going around in Circles and can't take being asked the same questions over and over again. my best so far is because I'm a mac user its the mac that is causing the problem and i should go buy a windows PC...
I have tried a different Router and get the same error.

here is the log, please see if you can help. I have googled this issue and it seems to be common but none of the solutions that I have found work.
