Morning folks, anyone that can advise would be highly appreciated.
I have been unable to get a new website domain verified on Mailchimp for over three weeks now. I have followed their instructions to the T, created the required DKIM and txt records on the host server DNS exactly as required by them, but it still keeps failing to verify. This is starting to impact our mail delivery and I have no more hair left to pull out trying to figure out what’s wrong.
The hosting is done through XNEELO, which isn’t specifically listed as a host provider for setup on Mailchimp, so I am using the settings provided by Mailchimp for “other”. But it’s not exactly rocket science, or shouldn’t be. They require you to add three records to your DNS settings, and give it 48 hours to propagate. But it fails to verify every single time.
Is there some special XNEELO settings I need to change?
