To be fair, sometimes it does work efficiently. I have had several experiences where the response has been quick and efficient. But the horror stories do seem to carry on.![]()
My average hold time for the ADSL helpdesk is just over 45 mins.
I'm sorry, I did not experiance any of this type of service. Dare I say, it was pretty good. I also used the callback option and 20 or so minutes later they called back, normally I don't answer numbers I do not know at night, so I almost did not answer it.
All this near 11pm.
