Wasted R15.00 on a cellphone calling helpdesk...the closest I got to talking to an operator was that song from pretty woman( fallen or falling for you) ...I used to like the damn song....

I resorted to email after wasting 5 minutes listening to the call center music.

Just resent the message since I've had no response since last Thursday.

Nice one, they're really stuffing it up now...

After 3 days of no-reads from helpdesk, i forward the bunch (now threads) to Mnr Mt.Shali ..ok he replies, asks me whats wrong, I explain in detail................................... still waiting.

And 7 days later, I get "READ RECEIPT" ok from MR VAN PARVIN............

No word, no courtesy,no JS,......... thats WHAT i get... AN Example Of First World Communication (READ first degree murder) from A Third Degree ISP... (READ THIRD DEGREE BURN)
