Here are the Telkom shops which may close

These Telkom Direct stores have become so useless anyway, not sure it's going to make any difference. 9 times out of 10 when you go to one these stores for any query they just to point to a white phone on the counter and tell you to call the call centre.
 
It seems like Telkoms strategy is you can take out products and sign up but don't try contact us at any stage to complain, cancel or service your product.

My adsl was down for 40% of the time recently and I refuse to pay the full bill.
I also refuse after attempts to call 10210 or go to their pathetic shops.
I completed the dispute form twice but not sure if it went through both times.
I'll wait it out and see.
 
The truth will set you free. The shop went to "Load Shedding Color( this may not be politically right) and the service went to the Dogs. Technical expertise and/or knowledge went with it, especially for Vereeniging.
 
It was stupid and a waste of money to have a Telkom shop and 8ta shop within a few 100 meters from each other in Woodlands Mall in Pretoria anyway. Both with useless service.

Agreed, tried to sign a contract for an LG G3 and got nowhere, now I am on prepaid because my virgin contract expired and I must say I think I prefer to be on prepaid... thanks Telkom I think you saved me some $$$
