Herotel poor Service

Herotel service in the east rand area is appalling, Last week our wifi was down for 4 hours, yesterday 27 March we were down for 6 hours and today 28 March we are now down almost 5 hours and its only 2pm now. You call the call centre and nobody seems to know what they doing, they then put you through to customer care you hold on for 20 min and eventually have to hang up due to no response. Pathetic service Herotel.
