HHVM crashing randomly

I have seen workarounds to this issue on Ubuntu server 14.04, but I don't want a work-around or a fallback.

Has anyone have experience in fixing the issue of HHVM just crashing randomly?

HHVM is not yet available in the Ubuntu repositories.
It has been uploaded to Debian and is waiting in the NEW queue.
There is a long discussion in the ITP bug, #727085.

Seeing you can't get any support from Ubuntu or Debian yet, you should probably start by looking at
HHVM's open issues on GitHub.
 
Thanks ginggs, weird that they don't support Ubuntu or Debian, because it was the only server OS that had them on their repo's by default as far as I could see. Not really a fan of having to build it from the source in CentOS (one of the reasons why I went with Ubuntu instead of my normal CentOS)

They (HHVM) do support Ubuntu and Debian:

It's just that HHVM is not yet in the Debian and Ubuntu repositories, so you can only get support from HHVM.
