Has anyone use use these guys? http://www.hifiinstallations.co.za/

They seem to have really nice special on the KEF IQ 90 WAS: R14 990
NOW: R10 990 and the PSW2500 SUB WAS: R6 990 NOW: R4 990. I am really considering getting 5.1 KEF Package. What do you guys think about the KEFF speakers? or should I go for something like B&W which is priced similar?
 
i cannot wait till i have some cash to get a decent receiver. In my experience, amps / speakers from the same manufacturer usually work "better" together. As in the amps firmware (including filters, synths and equalizers) was configured by (obviously) using their own speakers. Difference is probably unnoticable by non audiophiles.
 
The best would be to listen to a couple of systems. Hi-fi Installations is a reputable shop in Centurion. The is also Sound and Image http://www.soundimage.co.za/catalog/ they also have a branch in Centurion.

Kef and B&W are both excellent brands.

They are paying a 1000 Euros for this unit, if even. Not one piece would I buy from any of those shops.

@ WhyME: The KEF special for 10.990 seems good to me but make sure it's for the pair not just for 1 piece. Price for the sub is also good.

I paid them a visit, yes that price is for a pair! Does anyone own KEF speakers, just want to get an idea of performance!
