Homemade Pizza

You're forgetting the water, etc. My dough has a hydration level of 60% so that would bring his up to over 130g. Still a little on the small side but is likes them thin. Probably cheats and uses a rolling pin.
That seems like a bit on the dry side, all the recipes I've seen call for at least 80% hydration.

At least 80%? That sounds like soup, not dough.
Lol most people I've seen on YouTube who make wood fire pizza use over 90% hydration doughs and I've a video where somebody did over 100% hydration.

80% hydration with bread flour translates to 1 cup (120-130g) bread flour to slightly less than 1/2 (~100ml) cup flour. With bread flour once the dough rests an 80% hydration dough is really easy to handle

Where do you buy 00 ?

Pick n Pay and Checkers don't have it. They only have cake flower
not easy to find in regular supermarkets but a supplier did tell me Spar in Durbanville has it

Shouldn't that be 1/2 cup water?

Agreed, I always use weight, but he's talking about hydration at 120 grams bread flour to 100ml flour.
Well, that would also depend on the flour and what you use for hydration. This excludes the fact some flours are thirstier and uses more hydration to reach x% hydration. The "average bread flour" would be heaver than a light flour (not like oats and almond are considered light flours either). Of course, then you can't just say all flours at 100grams takes "100ml" water or whatever hydration combination you are using e.g. milk, cream and/or buttermilk.

So I bought the Pizza Braai. Heats up quickly and pizza is done in 2 minutes. Have to play with the temps a bit. Lot of heat from the top and too little from the bottom. Used type00 flour 70% hydration. Tamato base, mozzarella, feta, herbs, olive oil.
