Homemade Pizza

So far from my VERY noob experience

1. A proper peel makes all the difference. I have a giant one now
2. Get proper boards on which you can add flour and press the dough out.
3. Add less ingredients ontop
4. Flour, flour, flour

Looks decent. Non-stick?

I have used it once. With a bit of flower its life changing (in all three my pizza making experiences)

Really easy to lift the dough off the table

Its big. Its really big

I'm used to building my pizzas on the wooden peel but maybe it's time for a change.

Talking about pies, where can you buy good quality frozen ones?

Make your own it's not hard. Buy the pastry and fill it with chicken A la king and freeze it. Make the chicken a la king from scratch or if you lazy just use the packet cook in sauce

Get those foil catering containers to make the pies. So when you need to cook it just pop it in the oven from frozen. Airfryer works as well but use a lower temp

Damn, forgot to take pictures of anything I did last night.

Found a new winner pizza in smoke chicken with rocket and sweet chilli sauce added after. I planned to put feta on there but forgot.

Also biltong + balsamic glaze with rocket is also very nice, just need to replace the feta I used with the less salty danish type stuff.

Biltong on pizza. Does it not go to dry?
