HomePod mini

I'll do it when it officially releases, for now I won't be home much during the next couple of days so I'll just update when it's officially out.
Well, the speaker has gone to the big Apple orchard in the sky... pretty much. It seems to be registering touch on the screen even though nothing is close to it and the screen is clean. It's stuck in a "reset" cycle as if someone is permanently holding down the touch screen. Seems to be a thing with no fix aside from leaving unplugged for a couple of days or weeks according to Reddit

How have you cleaned it?

Super tempting. I just don't want to purchase something I won't use or has a novelty factor of 1-2 weeks & then it's a dust bin.

Don't think I'll replace mine (there are four in the house) any time soon, but I will say once you get used to it being there it will be difficult for me to live without.

Just to be super clear here I have a Google Home Mini, I always prefer GA over Siri as a voice assistant hence for my back & forth debate above.

Traitor! Our “cult” does not accept halfhearted members

Hand in your MBA M1, iPhone 13 mini and (forgot which iPad you have) at the door please. And those AirPods 3 if you still have them!
