We have the new Picanto and the Rio sedan. No problems so far, touch wood. Before that, we had the old Picanto which was written off when I was rear ended on the highway (she had almost 150K on the clock, 10 years old). I'm sure there are legit concerns, but Kia fourways have been ok so far.
I agree with some of the forumites. You are going to get horror stories about all brands, and the dealerships will try and rip you off. I posted previously about my bad experiences with VW and Opel.

The index refers to the quality and durability of the product of which I am not arguing with.The service of Kia is not mentioned in the index and that is my main problem and concern.
