Hi folks

We designed a short survey where you can say how we can improve MyBroadband to serve you better. Just to say thanks for your feedback there are two iPod Shuffles up for grabs and some branded gear.

I've seen another forum site with a chat script, maybe that will kill the wierd TK thread thingy.
 
loose the repetitive articles and the "pr press releases".

Reading the same thing 4 times a week that has been rewritten and repackaged as another article gets way too much.

I would personally prefer one really well written article a day than 5 or 6 really badly churned out ones.
 
Thanks for the feedback so far - points taken about the need for better quality articles.
